A former farm building, Seaview House is set out on two floors. The ground floor has a spacious lounge with a traditional wood-burner stove, TV and video recorder and dining space. This Berwick holiday cottage’s lounge also has a wide selection of books, videos, board games and tourist information leaflets.

You will also find a shower room with toilet, and a large breakfasting kitchen. The kitchen has all the facilities that you would expect from a modern Berwick holiday cottage e.g. cooker, microwave, washer, a dishwasher and a fridge.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, all spacious, (one double bed, two sets of twin beds) and a bathroom with WC on the first floor.

This holiday cottage in Berwick has recently been redecorated and refurbished throughout to a very high standard. It provides warm and comfortable accommodation for up to six people plus a cot which is suitable for babies of 2 years and under. All bedrooms have full size beds.

A telephone booking will be held for seven days, pending receipt of a 10% non-returnable booking fee, the balance to be paid no later than 30 days before the proposed occupation date. You will be notified of access arrangements upon receipt of full payment.

This Berwick Holiday cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and you are asked to vacate on the day of departure by 10am.
